This is a part-time Wellbeing Coordinator role with the Lakes Estate Residents Association Inc' in Taylors Lakes, VIC. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents in our Retirement Village. This is an important position that will contribute to the overall objectives of the organization.

The role includes (but not limited too):

· Developing and implementing wellbeing programs and activities for our residents

· Coordinating and facilitating engagement and participation

· Providing support and guidance to the residents

· Building relationships with local service providers and agencies to connect residents with relevant support

· Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives

· Keep resident files up to date with requests or relevant information to ensure their needs are met

· Conduct monthly testing and maintenance of medical alert systems for residents' safety and peace of mind

· Assist management and perform administrative or customer service duties as required

What we're looking for:

· Experience in developing and delivering community-based programs and activities

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups

· Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by the aged and those with disabilities

· Excellent organizational and project management skills

· Passion for supporting the wellbeing and inclusion of the local community

· Attend to residents with basic first aid where required
