About the role

An opportunity has become available to join the Rodd & Gunn team as a Part time Manager/ Manager in Trainingin our amazing Pacific Fair cluster hours pw)

In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining exceptional customer service and help lead the store team. This is an excellent chance to develop your retail management skills within a premium brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, coach and motivate your team.
  • Support your store manager in all day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Delivering world class 'insta worthy' VM standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of store targets and Key Performance Indicators.

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve and work well under pressure.
  • Passion for the Rodd & Gunn brand and a commitment to delivering premium customer experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster.
