- Supporting the Asset Improvement Coordinators with daily tasks.
- Scoping and planning maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
- Creating work orders in SAP (yes, we know it's a love-hate relationship).
- Participating in RCA (Root Cause Analysis, not the record label).
- Getting hands-on with multi-discipline teams—because teamwork makes the dream work.
What You'll Bring to the Table (Besides Your Toolbox):
- Mechanical Trade Qualification (bonus points if you've got a Diploma of Engineering or are keen to get one).
- Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and pride in your work.
- Experience in similar roles or ready to take the next step.
- NSW Driver's Licence, and computer literacy.
- A passion for improvement and a knack for communication.
