The Role

Linehaul Dangerous Goods Drivers required for Great Southern Fuel Supplies/Stevemacs Bulk

Flexible roster opportunities available

Great Southern Fuel Haulage/Stevemacs Bulk Fuel Haulage are looking for experience Dangerous Goods Linehaul Drivers to join their experienced team. Delivering to various locations in a professional and safe manner. We are committed to a safe and healthy work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate commercial vehicles up to 175 Tonnes Gross Combination Mass (GCM) to deliver a range of petroleum products
  • Adhere to all relevant dangerous goods handling and transportation regulations
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery records

Qualifications

  • MC Licence
  • Excellent Driving History
  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating large commercial vehicles, preferably in the transportation of dangerous goods
  • Current Dangerous Good Licence
  • Fatigue Management Training
  • Safe load pass (SLP)
  • Current Police Clearance (No older than 6 months)

Requirements

  • Practice safe driving habits
  • Follow all State safety regulations and standards.
  • Accurately follow routes, JMP's, and directions.
  • Good knowledge of the Heavy Vehicle Mass Management, Fatigue Management, Chain of responsibility, Dangerous Goods and Road Transport Rules and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of workplace health and safety.
  • Strong customer focus, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Punctual, and able to drive long distances and have Flexibility in working hours.

This could be a 10 days on 4 days off roster or an even time roster depending on the requirements.

Roster can be discussed if invited for an Interview.

Prior to employment you will be required to undergo:

Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test

Pre-employment Medical

Pre-employment VOC Driving assessment.
