We are currently seeking applications from experienced Call Centre staff for Telephone Interviewing work based in Brisbane CBD. The role will be casual part time, working 25 to 31 hours per week, Monday to Friday (and Saturdays on a fortnightly basis) with commencement mid-October. The project will run through until end of November/start of December (dependent on project progress).

Prior experience in Market Research or Telephone Interviewing will be considered highly advantageous but not essential. Any contact centre experience would be deemed relevant.

Hours are 2:30pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per fortnight (twice a month) from 10am to 4pm.

The core skills set we are looking for will include:

  • Strong communication skills, both with written and oral
  • A friendly and pleasant phone manner and a positive attitude with the desire to go "above and beyond" in terms of customer service delivery
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Confidence and resilience when dealing with difficult calls and situations
  • Team player and positive attitude to work
  • A track record of reliability
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
