The Role
We're seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker, Shopfitter / Joiner to join our workshop team. You'll be hands-on in the production of custom joinery, operating machinery, and working closely with our design and installation team to deliver precision-built solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture custom cabinetry and joinery components to specification
- Interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment daily
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Assist with occasional on-site installations as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Shopfitting or Joinery
- 'Supervisor License' would be highly regarded
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a factory or workshop environment
- Proven experience operating flatbed CNC machines
- Experience in cabinetry installation at customer premises.
- Familiarity with joinery software (e.g. Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid Driver's License and White Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
