Bakery Chef

We're looking for a skilled Bakery Chef to join our new Bakery/Pizzateria in Waverley Gardens shopping centre . If you love baking fresh breads, pastries, and Mediterranean treats, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix, shape, proof, and bake breads, pastries, and other baked products
• Follow recipes and maintain product consistency
• Manage baking schedules to meet daily production targets
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Assist in stock rotation and ordering of ingredients
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to develop new recipes and seasonal products

About You

• Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends
• Good time management skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
