What will you do?

You can avail of a great mix of working virtually from your home location and networking/collaborating in the office with the established teams across our Ground and Underground Engineering Practice.

You will work on projects which provide excellent engineering challenges and career development opportunities. This will include some of NSW's and ANZ's largest transport projects as well as critical projects for Defence, Energy, Water and other clients. Your focus will be to deliver innovative solutions.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and, it's the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are some of the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life':

  • Advising and meeting with clients, working collaboratively across Aurecon teams
  • Geological desk studies for small to major projects. Scoping and supervision of geotechnical investigations
  • Geological modelling and interpretation
  • Production of geotechnical factual and interpretive reports
  • Conduct geotechnical design for a variety of projects and markets
  • Managing geotechnical investigations
  • Quality checking logs and factual reports generated by others
  • Winning work and geotechnical project management

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a relevant technical qualification in Engineering Geology or Geotechnical / Civil related Engineering discipline, relevant experience and aptitude for blended site and office-based work.
