Senior Physiotherapist – Experienced Clinician | PROmotion Health, Claremont

Full-Time Opportunity

$78,000 - $85,000 (Ex Super) plus commission

Who We Are

PROmotion Health is made up of a team of like-minded health professionals – physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, remedial massage therapists, podiatrists and a wonderful admin team who all love what they do.

At PROmotion Health, we cultivate a culture of growth, support, and solidarity within our team. Founded on the principles of mutual respect and collaboration, we prioritise creating a healthy and friendly work environment where every member feels valued and empowered to thrive.

Our team maintains strong links with local community affiliates, including sporting clubs, school, and health initiatives. We actively encourage involvement and community engagement, offering team opportunities to support events and contribute their expertise outside the clinic setting.

Our multidisciplinary approach encourages learning and skill development, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of physiotherapy excellence. With a commitment to work-life balance and ongoing mentorship, we strive to nurture both personal and professional growth.

What We Have To Offer

We're looking for a Full-Time Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Claremont.

The design of PROmotion Health has allowed us to create private treatment and consulting rooms, a large Clinical Pilates rehab studio, fully equipped strength rehab gym as well as separate areas for floor exercise sessions and VALD objective testing, and much more. We believe in getting the best outcome for our patients and believe that we have created a clinic that can meet and exceed expectations.

At PROmotion Health we strongly believe in collaborative learning and encourage referrals and education between practitioners. Regular continuing education sessions are run in-house and the applicant will be provided with on-going support to pursue any further professional development or education they wish to participate in.

We provide:

· Ongoing 1:1 professional support and in-house clinical education

· Flexible shift options and a genuine work-life balance

· Excellent remuneration and professional development allowance

· Monthly PD and catch-up sessions

· A focus on client care using our clinical excellence Indicators rather than billable targets, so you can be assured that you will be rewarded for your productivity and efficiency without compromising care

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist, ideally with a strong musculoskeletal skillset, to join our team. This role suits someone ready to take ownership of a varied and rewarding caseload, while contributing as a leader within the team.

With a growing client base and strong local networks, we're looking for someone who is confident in treating a broad MSK population - from active youth and weekend warriors, to post-op rehab, return to sport and general population needs.

You are a passionate Senior Physiotherapist who values client education, evidence-based treatment, and functional rehabilitation. You enjoy collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and are eager to grow both professionally and personally.

You'll work across individual and group rehabilitation settings, including access to a Clinical Pilates studio and functional rehab gym, allowing for tailored, evidence-based program delivery.

You're someone who enjoys variety and is keen to work across multiple interest areas - or develop a niche in one of our supported specialties. You're also excited by the opportunity to be involved in the broader community through affiliate relationships and volunteer outreach. There is also the opportunity to get involved in community-based partnerships and outreach, including working alongside local sports teams, providing education sessions, or volunteering at events, something we actively value as part of our team culture.

This position is available in a full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, with flexibility to pursue and grow specific clinical interests.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver evidence-based management of musculoskeletal and specialty caseloads

· Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans

· Run small group rehabilitation sessions using our Pilates and/or gym spaces

· Adapt rehab plans to suit clients across various ages and abilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and community partners

Essential Requirements

· Bachelor of Physiotherapy

· Masters level qualification

· Current AHPRA registration

· CPR, First Aid, WWCC, and National Police Clearance

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· A genuine passion for quality care and community involvement
