We're a family-owned business with a supportive team based in Lawnton. At IMPACT Glass, we manufacture, repair and install windows, doors, security screens, shower screens, and wardrobes for a large client base, including ongoing government and school contracts. We're growing fast – and we're looking for an experienced Full-Time Glazier to join us.

About You
  • Experience as a Glazier (must have)
  • Valid Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Current White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
  • Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent experience)
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children) – preferred, not essential
  • Experience in aluminium manufacturing (bonus but not essential)
  • Skilled in safe handling, cutting & installation of glass & aluminium products
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa

Your Role
  • Manufacture & install windows, doors, screens, shower screens, wardrobes
  • Complete on-site installations, repairs & replacements
  • Safely transport & handle glass and aluminium products
  • Occasional over-time
  • Deliver excellent service and uphold the IMPACT Glass reputation
