Support Worker

We are currently looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team on a permanent part time basis (70 hours per fortnight).
About Us: Bathurst Seymour Centre has over 40 years experience in providing services for seniors, people living with disability and carers. With a focus on fun and friendship, we offer social opportunities to support clients to remain living in their own home for longer through our centre based and individual support programs.
About You: You are client focused and thrive in a supportive, small team environment. You have experience working with seniors and people living with disability. You are passionate about providing quality care and can recognise and identify client support needs, and deliver support in line with our individual client support plans.
Must Have: Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent. Current Vaccinations - COVID-19 and FluVax. Current First Aid Certificate, Current Class C Driver's Licence.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
