About the role

We're seeking a Labourer to assist our building team on a residential project in West Melbourne, on Tuesday 16th September 2025.

This is a casual role with the potential for ongoing work across other sites in inner-city Melbourne for the right person.

Working hours are 7:00am – 3:00pm.

Duties

• General site clean-up and material handling
• Assisting trades on-site with day-to-day construction tasks
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Manual labour including digging, lifting, and carrying
• Following site safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Performing other ad hoc duties as required to support the build team

About You

• Previous experience on a residential construction site
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to get stuck in
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Own transport to and from site
