We are currently seeking two talented Homewares Designers to join our growing Product Design team. These roles offer the chance to shape future collections, partner with global suppliers, and design products that delight our customers season after season.

Homewares Designer – Kitchenware

As our Kitchenware Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and curating ranges across
tabletop, serveware, and kitchen accessories
. With a finger on the pulse of global trends, you'll partner with the Merchandise team to bring fresh ideas and innovative designs to market, ensuring products are both functional and beautiful.

What you'll do:

• Research global trends and design innovative kitchenware ranges.
• Develop technical drawings, specifications, and design packs for production.
• Partner with suppliers, attending sampling trips locally and overseas.
• Review prototypes to ensure design integrity, quality, and functionality.
• Present seasonal concepts and ranges to stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance to inform future designs and range evolution.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in homewares or product design, ideally kitchenware.
• Tertiary qualifications in Product, Textile, or Graphic Design.
• Strong technical and creative design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
• A commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and functionality.

Homewares Designer – Textiles & Graphics

As our Textiles & Graphics Designer, you'll focus on
soft furnishings and decorative homewares
such as cushions, rugs, napery, wall art, and packaging. This role demands strong surface pattern and graphic design expertise to create diverse, on-trend prints and products that elevate IsAlbi's Lifestyle collections.

What you'll do:

• Create and curate surface patterns, artworks, and graphics across multiple homewares categories.
• Research trends in textiles and surface pattern to inform seasonal direction.
• Develop technical drawings, design packs, and specifications for suppliers.
• Travel (domestically and internationally) for trend research and supplier visits.
• Present design concepts and seasonal ranges to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the Head of Product, Design team, and Merchandise team.

What you'll bring:

• 3–5 years' experience in textiles, graphics, or soft goods design.
• Tertiary qualifications in Textile or Graphic Design (or related).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of textiles, construction methods, and finishes.
• A diverse design portfolio showcasing commercial and creative flair.
• Willingness to travel for supplier engagement and trend research.
