Linley Valley Pork is a premium product sourced and produced in Western Australia, where we have raised and processed the finest pork to supply to families in Australia and in international markets for more than 30 years.

The Opportunity:

We are actively searching for Boners / Slicers to join our team.

Shifts Available*:

• Offal Room – 7am - 3pm
• Boning Room AM – 4.00am -12.30pm
• Boning Room PM – 1.00pm – 9.30pm

About you:

You'll get to showcase your skills in:

• Handling meat, especially pork, including trimming and slicing.
• Working with teammates to prepare pork products to meet Ausmeat standards.
• Operating machinery to process livestock safely and humanely.
• Cutting meat to remove bones and excess fat.
• Sharpening your knife as required, using stone and steel (desirable).
• Being enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
• Understanding the importance of hygiene, wearing PPE, and following safety rules.
• Communicating well and paying attention to detail.
