Job Description

We are recruiting for multiple full-time, permanent Refrigeration Technicians (both Workshop & Field Based roles) for a global leader in systems and equipment maintenance for rail and commercial vehicles.

Their facility housed close to Melbourne (Western Suburbs), specialises in the manufacture, overhaul, and repair of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units for various rail vehicles (i.e. passenger trains and trams). Timings are 6AM – 2:30PM.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test and maintain various HVAC systems
  • End of production line testing
  • Conduct routine preventative and reactive maintenance where required
  • Work collaboratively within a skilled team of professionals

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role (e.g., HVAC Technician, Refrigeration Mechanic, Air Conditioning Technician, etc.)
  • Full Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick – RAC01)
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (REL)
  • Full working rights in Australia
