Occupational Therapist – Contractor Role (Western Sydney)

Role is also open for casual THERAPY ASSISTANTS (suitable for 3rd or 4th year occupational therapy students)

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us as a contractor, working with children and families in the community across Western Sydney (primarily around Marsden Park, Penrith and the Hills area).

This is a flexible role designed to fit around your availability. Some of our contractors work with us 1–2 days a week alongside part-time roles elsewhere, while others take on larger caseloads. Many have stayed with us for years because of the balance of flexibility and great pay.

The role is largely paediatric, though there is the option to see some adults and young adults if that interests you. You'll need at least 2 years of paediatric experience and confidence working autonomously in the community. We provide some initial support from an experienced OT to help you get started, but you'll have the freedom to manage your caseload independently.

We are currently looking for two contractors:

• One to cover a small paediatric caseload during maternity leave (5–6 months).
• One who is interested in contracting with us long term.

Pay: $90.00 – $120.00 per hour
