Restaurant Waitstaff

We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitstaff to join our team at Kims Beachside Retreat, Toowoon Bay.  Our Restaurant is open to guests for breakfast and dinner.  This is an excellent opportunity for a person who is passionate about hospitality and providing excellent customer service.

We serve:

Breakfast – daily – approximate shift time 7.30am to 11am

Dinner – Monday to Saturday – approximate shift time 5.30pm – 10pm

What you'll be doing

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders and communicate these accurately to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and efficient manner
• Ensure tables are set up and cleared
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a waitstaff or customer service role in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
