We're expanding and on the lookout for two passionate Beauty Therapists (or those with industry experience) who are ready to turn their love for beauty into a rewarding career.

Whether you're an emerging therapist just starting or an experienced professional, we'd love to hear from you. Training and support are provided for the right candidates.

  • Competitive Pay: $28.12/hr – $42.18/hr (Hair & Beauty Award Level 3), plus penalty rates. Rates may vary depending on your experience; this will be discussed at the Interview.

Your Role

  • Deliver a wide range of treatments (facials, waxing, tanning, manicures, pedicures, and nail services).
  • Provide skin consultations and personalised home care plans.
  • Perform advanced treatments (IPL, LED, skin needling, etc.—training provided).
  • Reception & client service duties as required.
  • Support your team and contribute to a positive salon culture.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for beauty and client care.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and a team-player attitude.
  • Formal qualifications (Cert III Beauty) OR equivalent salon experience (not essential—we value skill and attitude just as much).
  • Bonus if you have lash extensions or threading experience (not essential).

Position Details

  • Location: Maryborough, Fraser Coast, QLD.
  • Hours: Approx. 15–30 per week (part-time or casual to start).

  • Award Rates:

  • PT/FT: $28.12/hr

  • Saturday: $37.40/hr
  • Casual: $42.18/hr
  • Casual Saturday: $44.43/hr
