About the Position

As Team Leader, you'll be hands-on, guiding your team to deliver detail-focused, high-quality work and fostering a positive team culture aligned with our company values.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and support the team to achieve high-quality results

Maintain gardens and grounds, including mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, weed control, fertilising and general clean-ups

Keep tools, equipment and vehicles in top condition

Foster a collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment

Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation

About You

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Qualification in horticulture or equivalent or demonstrated landscaping/gardening experience

Willingness to obtain a Police Clearance, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check

Based in Adelaide, with the ability to travel to Pooraka (Northern suburbs)

Physically fit, energetic and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work

Organised, quick-thinking and able to manage competing priorities

Current Driver's Licence, with the ability to drive a manual vehicle and tow a trailer
