The opportunity
Due to the continued growth and workload, we are seeking a Qualified Electrician to join our Gladstone workshop. Although initially a casual role, there is opportunity to lead to a permanent full-time role for the right candidate. Whilst primarily located in the Gladstone workshop, there will be occasions where you will be required to head to one of our sites to partake in testing and tagging duties. As such, you will require current nationally accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space Certifications. 

About You

  • Current QLD Electrical licence

  • Construction White Card

  • Current & CS (within two years)

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or autonomously

  • Well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety 


Key Responsibilities

  • General repair and maintenance of small plant and equipment (i.e. welders, grinders etc.)

  • Testing and tagging of electrical components 

  • Installation of safety switches, lights, and other small components

  • Completing work within scheduled timeframes

  • Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations
