About the business
We are located in Oatley, NSW offering full range of dentistry to the local community. We take pride in the great quality of care and exceptional customer service, supportive work environment and a fantastic team. We are rapidly growing and looking for someone to join our team full time hours over 4 to 4 and half days. Monday, Tues, and Thursday Friday, totalling 36 hours per week
About the role
You will be responsible for;
- Meet and greet the patient and seat them, keep records ready.
- Chair side assisting for general dental and surgical and orthodontic procedures.
- Room change over
- Sterilisation
- Maintaining and stocking up the surgery
- Taking records
- Managing and assisting with a fast pace practice
- Lab work management
Skills and experience
- Outgoing with a bubbly personality and enjoys meeting new people
- Mature minded
- The practice does dental implants and soft tissue gum surgery, so surgical assisting experience is a benefit
- Be well presented, reliable and punctual
- Takes initiative and responsibility of tasks for start to completion
- Sound knowledge of setup, infection control and instrument sterilization
- Able to multitask and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to exhibit good communication skills/ great customer service
- Team orientated as well as the ability to work autonomously.
We are looking for someone who can work 4-5 days a week.
