We're on the lookout for a versatile and motivated individual to support our Senior Estimator and assist across various departments.

About the Role

This role is ideal for those with experience in construction, carpentry, drafting, or strong maths skills, as well as anyone ready to transition from hands-on work to an office environment. We're also open to motivated individuals eager to learn, even without direct experience. A positive attitude and willingness to grow are essential. If you're looking to build a long-term career with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll help prepare accurate cost estimates for kitchen manufacturing projects, working closely with our sales and production teams to deliver detailed, timely quotes. You'll also jump in to support other parts of the business as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Trade experience in construction, joinery, or similar is great — but not essential
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good with numbers and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A long-term mindset and positive attitude
• Australian work rights are required for this position
