To supplement our team, we are on the look-out for the services of a full-time qualified QS to join us and assist with the on-going development of the company.

Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation and co-ordination of cost plans and estimates.
- Preparation and co-ordination of finance reports.
- Assessing & processing progress claims.
Interested professionals must:
- Have full membership of the AIQS/RICS(QS) for at least 3 years and have proven QS experience in the Australian construction industry, preferably within a QS consultancy office.
- Have exemplary cost planning skills and proven experience on a variety of buildings.
- Be competent in the provision of all construction cost management services.
- Be eligible to work in Australia and preferably have QS experience in Australia.
- Have good communication skills, presentation and high professional standards.
- Have good organisational and time management skills with a flexible work attitude to meet deadlines.
- Be analytical, meticulous and have good attention to detail.
- Have good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Be computer literate with good spreadsheet skills.
- Be enthusiastic, adaptable, self-motivated, responsible, ethical and honest.
- Have a hands-on attitude and be able to work within a team and fit in with the hard-working culture of the company.
