Who you are:

Coloplast is seeking a dynamic Market Access Specialist to lead our efforts in shaping the healthcare funding landscape across ANZ. You are passionate about driving equitable access to innovative healthcare solutions and thrive in strategic roles that blend commercial acumen with stakeholder influence.

Your responsibilities:

Shape and influence the funding landscape to support equitable access to Coloplast solutions.

Identify and communicate government priorities and access barriers across the organisation.

Develop health economic evidence in collaboration with research institutions.

Use evidence-based insights to support funding negotiations and improve standards of care.

Collaborate with global colleagues on strategic launches and HEOR projects.

Reporting to and working alongside the Head of Market Access - ANZ to deliver on key projects.

To succeed:

Post-graduate qualifications in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or similar.

Proven experience (5+ years) in market access and/or health economics within medical technology, pharma, or consultancy.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

A dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving change.

High integrity, professionalism, and alignment with Coloplast's mission and values.
