Are you graduating soon & looking for your first speech pathology role in 2026? We're excited to welcome a passionate new graduate to join our well established and growing team in early 2026

We're The Speech Spot – a warm, welcoming team of 8 paediatric speech pathologists working with children across clinic, school, preschool, and home settings.

You'll be supported every step of the way by our established team of experienced clinicians who are committed to growth, quality care, and a positive workplace culture.

  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced clinicians

Excellent pay – Without the pressure

  • Competitive salary - $80,000 per annum + Superannuation + $1K PD
  • Annual Professional Development allowance of $1000 per annum
  • No 30-minute back-to-back appointments – we value quality care AND your mental health
