Your opportunity

Dairy Australia is seeking a dynamic and strategic Territory Manager – Regional Services to lead our initiatives across Western Victoria, with influence extending into other key dairy regions.

This is more than a leadership role — it's an opportunity to shape the future of Australia's dairy industry. You'll be at the forefront of delivering high-impact services and projects that directly support dairy farmers, aligning national priorities with local needs.

As a Territory Manager, you'll lead a skilled, regionally based team and collaborate with stakeholders across the sector to deliver measurable outcomes that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-regional team
• Strategically plan and manage regional service delivery and budgets
• Ensure excellence in extension and engagement across regions
• Build trusted relationships with industry stakeholders and partners
• Drive performance and foster continuous improvement

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring the following:

• Proven senior leadership experience in agriculture, agribusiness or regional services
• A strong track record in managing remote teams and complex programs
• Expertise in planning, budgeting and stakeholder engagement
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for service excellence
