Position Summary:  


  • Working days Monday to Friday
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, décor) 

  • Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind  

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of banquet areas before, during, and after events 

  • Understand traveller's requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each traveller's experience  

  • Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks  

  • Greet guests and respond to their needs in a courteous and efficient manner 

  • Support event breakdown and reset for upcoming functions 

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings  


About You:  


  • An up-to-date RSA  

  • Relevant experience in a similar role  

  • Working rights in Australia  

  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career  

  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment  

  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
