Delcon Design & Construct is a Melbourne based builder/developer delivering high-quality townhouse developments and bespoke luxury homes. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and strong systems that ensure every project runs smoothly for both our team and our clients.

As part of our continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a small portfolio of residential projects from site start through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations across active projects.
  • Establish and maintain construction programs.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and suppliers..
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure all work aligns with plans and specifications.
  • Maintain OH&S compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and our Construction Manager.
  • Deliver defect-free handovers with a focus on client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Trade-qualified carpenter or similar background (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in low-rise residential construction.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects confidently and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with PCs and MS Office.
  • A candidate who genuinely wants to be present, take pride in their work, strive to improve, and achieve.
