HP Constructions specialise in delivering premium quality, custom built, architecturally designed homes to our clients. We are a close knit team that typically delivers 4-5 projects concurrently, primarily across Sydneys Eastern Suburbs. We are seeking a new Site Manager / Working Foreman to join our team to help us deliver on our pipeline of exciting projects.
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman to help deliver a $10m + luxury new build in Sydneys Eastern Suburbs. Working closely with the Director and Construction Manager, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans, engineering drawings and other project documentation to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to specifications
- Supervising the work of Carpenters, HP Constructions staff and subcontractors on your site.
- Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
- Accurate Site set-outs
- Help establish and drive short term programs that help deliver the project on time, whilst maintaining a high quality of work
- Be comfortable being both on the tools or in the site office
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience delivering projects valued at $10m or above
- Have a carpentry trade background
- Experience with complex glazing and off form-concrete
- Reliable references who will validate your exprience
- Strong building knowledge
- Good communicator and ability to build relationships
