We specialise in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support. With a growing portfolio of contracts, we're leading the way in high voltage innovation and reliability.________________________________________Your RoleAs a High Voltage Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of high-energy electrical systems and equipment—including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and control systems. Your work ensures the safe and reliable operation of high voltage infrastructure in line with industry standards and safety regulations.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and emergency maintenance on HV equipment (typically >1,000V AC).Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and testing using specialised instruments.Install and commission HV systems including transformers, switchgear, and protection relays.Troubleshoot faults and implement corrective actions.Maintain detailed records of work, test results, and equipment status.Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.Collaborate with engineers and technicians on system upgrades and expansions.Participate in shutdowns, outages, and commissioning activities.Respond to HV incidents and support root cause analysis.________________________________________About YouA Grade Electrical Licence (Unrestricted).Proven experience with HV systems (switching, permitting, commissioning).Skills in protection relay testing and cable jointing.Strong communication skills with clients, teams, and stakeholders.Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's licence.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Advantageous: Experience in estimating or sales within the HV industry.________________________________________Ready to Power Your Career?If you're passionate about high voltage systems and ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
