About the Role

Central Goldfields Shire Council is seeking a dedicated Maternal & Child Health and Immunisation Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to our Children and Families team.

As a key member of our Children/Families team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Maternal & Child Health and Immunisation services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing responsive front-line customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Managing appointment calendars, rosters, and venue bookings.
  • Supporting immunisation sessions, including logistics and data entry.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and contributing to reporting obligations.
  • Assisting with policy updates, quality improvement projects, and promotional activities.
  • Upholding confidentiality, child safe standards, and Council policies.
