The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a full service, a la carte style steakhouse. Our teams pride themselves on their people first culture and training and development.

Our Southbank restaurant is seeking a passionate Line Cook to join the team in the Dessert Section.

Part-time hours available. 24 hours per week. Must be available for morning shifts.

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years of relevant kitchen, pastry and/or dessert experience.
  • A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification/ Patisserie is beneficial
  • Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
