RSM Lining Supplies is the leading supplier of CIPP and trenchless pipe rehabilitation products in Australia and New Zealand. From patch repairs and junctions to full-length UV relining, we help contractors deliver reliable, long-lasting solutions for underground infrastructure. Relining Consultant – Sydney or Melbourne based

If you're an experienced relining professional looking to take the next step in your career, this is your opportunity. This role combines technical expertise with people skills — helping contractors build capability, take on larger projects, and use advanced trenchless technologies across Australia and New Zealand.

What you'll be doing:

  • Training and developing customers across patch and junction repair systems, robotic cutting, UV curing, and large bore relining
  • Conducting site visits and supporting clients with job scoping, planning, and product application
  • Providing technical troubleshooting and onsite support to help customers deliver successful projects
  • Working alongside the sales team on technical proposals and project consultations
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and key stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Deep experience in pipe relining and rehabilitation — ideally with exposure to UV, inversion, and robotic cutters
  • Someone confident communicating with all levels of the industry, from installers to project managers
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys mentoring others and improving how things are done
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand
  • A positive, down-to-earth approach that fits well with our collaborative team culture
