About the Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

The Community Occupational Therapist in Palliative care will provide senior, occupational therapy support to patients with end of life and palliative care needs across the Concord community. The position will also work with other senior Palliative Care Occupational Therapists to ensure a district-wide service is delivered using current evidence-based practices, is patient centred, and access to specialist care is timely and equitable.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor or post graduate degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
• Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of Occupational Therapy
• Currently holds a valid NSW driver's licence (P1 and P2 licence acceptable)
