About St Dominic's College
St Dominic's College, Kingswood, is a Catholic school in the Blessed Edmund Rice tradition, conducted by Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA). Founded by the Christian Brothers in 1959, the College currently educates over 1000 boys from Years 7 – 12.

About the role
The College is seeking an experienced and highly organised College Registrar to oversee all aspects of the College's enrolment process and student administration, commencing 22nd January 2026.
As the first point of contact for many families, the Registrar plays a pivotal role in promoting the College and ensuring a professional, welcoming experience.
The position requires a proactive administrator who combines accuracy, discretion and warmth with a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College.
Key responsibilities:
Enrolment Management
- Coordinate end-to-end enrolment process, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for prospective families.
- Manage applications, interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Coordinate events such as Open Days, Information Sessions and Orientation programs.
- Oversee/manage student withdrawals and exit process, ensuring all student transitions are documented and compliant with College policies
Compliance and Reporting
- Maintain accurate student and parent records in the College's administration systems
- Prepare enrolment statistics, government census data, and other regulatory reports (e.g. NESA, CRICOS)
- Ensure data management practices meet security and privacy requirements.
Student Record Management
- Maintain accurate and secure student data from enrolment through post-graduation
- Manage the archiving and retrieval of past student and alumni records in line with College policies and legislative data retention requirements.
- Support reporting and verification requests relating to former students
Community Engagement and Communication
- Respond to enrolment and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications to support enrolment campaigns and scholarship programs
- Provide regular updates, reports and projections to the College Principal and College Leadership Team
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Services on enrolment forecasting and budgeting
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in student administration or a similar administrative role within an educational environment.
- Strong data management and record-keeping skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student administration systems
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience within a Catholic or independent school setting.
- Knowledge of EnrolHQ or other enrolment software.
- Understanding of and commitment to the ethos of Catholic education
Conditions and Benefits
Support Staff at St Dominic's College are employed under the NSW Catholic Independent Schools (Support Staff – Model B) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023
This position is employed on an averaged salary arrangement working approximately 40 weeks per year, with pay averaged over 52 weeks to include time off during school holiday periods.
The salary will be reflective of qualifications and experience, with an estimated pro rata annual salary between $48 852 and $ FTE)
