  • Acting as Nominated Supervisor and Responsible Person on your rostered days
  • Leading the delivery of a high-quality educational program guided by the EYLF, QKLG & NQS

  • Participating in parent-teacher meetings, end-of-term preparations and kindy events

About you

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Current full registration with the QLD College of Teachers
  • At least 3 years experience in a community kindergarten or long day care setting
  • Child Protection Training (Regulation 84A / S162A) and Mandatory Reporting certificates
  • Deep understanding of child development and a commitment to play-based learning
  • Strong initiative, time management and communication skills
  • A calm, nurturing and empathetic approach to behavior support
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, respectful workplace culture
  • Willingness to engage in out-of-hours tasks, as needed
