About Infocept

Infocept is a top provider of field services, consulting, design, development, and project management in the Telecommunications and IT sectors. We operate in major cities both nationally and globally, with several large projects, including the National Broadband Network and Optus, underway.

We are looking to expand our team of Subcontractors who specialize in FTTP, FTTN, FTTC, FTTB, HFC technologies. We also welcome civil crews for full-time or part-time roles on the billion-dollar NBN Unify Program.

About the Role:

The roles below are not all mandatory however if needed depending on which technology you'd like to work on. Therefore, the more skills and experience you have, the better.

We are seeking professionals who are multi-skilled and knowledge-oriented, below are the relevant accreditations/experiences:

  • Any of FTTC, FTTN, HFC, FTTP, FTTB Network Activation and Assurance Experience
  • Perform fault location, resolution and restoration services.
  • Copper line inspection and restoring faults
  • Aerial network restoration.
  • Cross connecting frame and jumpering within FTTN nodes.
  • NTD Installation & activation
  • Cross-connection at the pillar and/or MDF.
  • Previous experience on the OMMA platform
  • Copper network assurance
  • Rod and Roping
  • Network Remediation
  • Open Cabler's License (preferred)
  • Working at Heights (preferred)
  • Aerial - Power Awareness
  • Work in Confined Spaces (preferred)
  • First Aid and CPR
  • RIIWHS302 - Implement traffic management plan
