Minimum Requirements:- Certificate III in Business or a related field
- 1+ years' experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Familiarity with accounting software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Maintain records of invoices, deliveries, and inventory levels
- Assist with preparing reports and spreadsheets as required by management
- Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the store team, including rostering and payroll documentation
- Assist with processing customer transactions and refunds when required
- Ensure office supplies are maintained and replenished as needed
- Support compliance and record-keeping related to store operations
- Assist in coordinating communication between store departments and external vendors
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with basic accounting or retail systems is an advantage
