Bourke, Australia Target Business Services Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year
Minimum Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Business or a related field
  • 1+ years' experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Familiarity with accounting software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Maintain records of invoices, deliveries, and inventory levels
  • Assist with preparing reports and spreadsheets as required by management
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to the store team, including rostering and payroll documentation
  • Assist with processing customer transactions and refunds when required
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and replenished as needed
  • Support compliance and record-keeping related to store operations
  • Assist in coordinating communication between store departments and external vendors
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or retail systems is an advantage
