Description

We are seeking talented professionals to join our firm across Analyst, Associate and Engagement Manager levels in Melbourne, Sydney, and Canberra. You'll support diverse client projects through research, data analysis, and policy development, working with governments, businesses, and organisations as they navigate economic challenges by combining strategy consulting methods with data analytics.

What you'll do:

  • Work with project teams (3-5 consultants) to deliver high-quality client outcomes
  • Conduct research and analyse economic data on regulatory, commercial, and policy challenges
  • Structure complex problems and develop data-driven, actionable recommendations
  • Present findings to client leadership and collaborate on solution implementation
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Mentor team members and contribute to performance feedback (Associate/Manager levels)
  • Lead project teams and manage client engagements (Manager level)
  • Participate in business development and firm-building activities
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development opportunities


Skills And Experiences

Experience Requirements:

  • Analysts: Recent graduate or 0-2 years experience
  • Associates: Minimum 3 years in strategy, economics, public policy, or related fields
  • Engagement Managers: Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in strategy, economics, or policy

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree or equivalent work experience preferred for Associates and Managers)
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time
  • Experience in economics, public policy, law, statistics, data science, finance, or natural sciences
  • Strong achievement drive and growth mindset

Leadership Requirements (Associate/Manager):

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
  • Proven track record of career progression and high performance
  • Capacity to motivate teams and build strong professional relationships
