Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Cluster Manager located in the Sydney Area.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this Retail Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing multi-site daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the store's aesthetic, handling customer service interactions, and driving sales goals. Additionally, you will be supported by multiple strong Assistant Store Managers and experienced team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-site retail management or a strong Store Manager ready for the next step.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving KPIs and delivering sales growth.
  • Ability to work flexibly across locations with strong time management and organisation.
  • A passion for leadership, team development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ability to collaborate and foster a positive working environment across multiple locations and with HO departments.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
