With an expanding online division, industrial sales department and in-house service and repair division, Toolmart is setting its sights on the next 45 years servicing WA.To do that we need good management and staff. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to join our Rockingham store.

About the role:

Toolmart is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Rockingham store. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As Store Manager, you will be a key team member, contributing to the overall success of our business. Rosters do include some Saturday shifts.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, staff, and direct sales
  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers, and offering solutions as required
  • Lead and motivate your team, delivering sales targets and KPIs
  • A creative thinker with fresh ideas for displays, promotions, and local marketing

  • Experience in retail sales and leadership
  • A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
  • A strong customer service focus – we look after our tradies
  • Trade experience on the tools is a bonus.
