as a Cook We are looking for a talented individual to lead our kitchen operations. Salary will be $75000- $80000 annually.
About the Role

-Maintain all inventory with a strong focus on waste reduction.
-Support kitchen efficiency with goods receiving stores and cold room controls.

Task & Responsibilities
-Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
-Create new menu items and recipes
-Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
-Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a clean work environment
Qualification & Experience
-Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
-Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-At least 2 years experience
-Certificate IV in Commercial cookery qualification.
