Director, Biotherapeutics
to join our small, agile team and help drive programs from discovery to key value milestones.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Drug Development and working with leadership team to:
- Lead antibody/protein discovery, engineering, optimisation, and IND-enabling studies.
- Shape strategy while staying hands-on with data, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage CROs, academic partners, and investors to deliver programs on time and within budget.
- Review and evaluate the projects commercially and scientifically
About You
You thrive in a lean environment where you can be both
strategic and hands-on.
You bring:
- PhD (or MD) in immunology, cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field.
- Up to 10 years' R&D experience in antibody/protein therapeutics in industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and assess opportunities critically.
