We are currently recruiting for a brand new venue and are seeking talented, experienced and "new to hospo" staff to join our dynamic team at The Legacy Cafe & Bar located in Balgownie (close to public transport and Wollongong CBD). The ideal candidates will have experience in their own unique roles but must come with a passion for delivering delicious and high-quality dishes and immaculate customer service and cocktails.

These roles involve a range of responsibilities centred around food preparation, cooking, and presentation, cafe and bar and kitchenhand duties, operating a pos terminal and most importantly

"NEXT LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Roles Available; Fulltime and Casual Roles are available

  • Restaurant Manager - Min 2-3 years experience, fine dining and wine knowledge would be a significant advantage
  • Sous Chef - Min 2-3 years in a senior role, staff management is a must, cool calm and collected is all you need to bring along with your culinary passion
  • Casual Chef/s - Min 1 year cooking experience in high volume, fast pace kitchens, attention to detail and available across 7 days day and night
  • Waiters / Waitress - for day shifts in the cafe along with night shifts in the bar & restaurant, some pos exposure as a plus, al a carte dinner service experience is a must
  • Kitchenhands ( Juniors and School Age are also encouraged to apply) min 1 year experience

Good physical stamina, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and standing for long hours is required.
