We're launching a modern Indian casual fine dining restaurant in the heart of Melbourne's CBD — and we're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the way.

This is more than a management role — it's a chance to build and grow something special. You'll play a key role in launching the restaurant, shaping the guest experience, and developing our future offerings, including lunch service, a first-floor bar, and an intimate private dining space upstairs.

About You:

• You're switched on, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.
• You have experience in the industry, especially in leadership or venue management.
• You love creating exceptional guest experiences and lead by example.
• You're a true people person — empathetic, approachable, and professional with both guests and staff.
• You're tech-savvy with systems like OpenTable, Square, social media, etc.
• You have strong bar knowledge (alcohol service, stock, wine, cocktails) and are comfortable being on the floor engaging with customers.
• You're confident in training and developing your team, setting standards, and fostering a great culture.
• You're driven to grow — yourself, your team, and the business.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
