Field Technician

Abstract

Fieldin is expanding and looking to hire a new full time technician based in Mildura, VIC

Job Summary

The Field Technician is responsible for all aspects of Fieldin's system installation and field service in his/her area. This includes system installation and configuration, servicing units, and facing clients, while being compliant with OHS and industry standards.

Essential Functions & Expectations

• Install and maintain Fieldin's systems on end-users' farming equipment
• Assemble and prepare hardware for installation, manage inventory and reporting
• Ensure all installations are up to standard with Fieldin's protocol
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and wear PPE when onsite

• Maintain ongoing dialogue and reporting with relevant internal and external stakeholders

• Achieve individual and team goals per week/quarter

Required

• Proven experience as a technician or other farm physical technical work, preferably in the Australian agricultural industry
• Totally fluent and well articulate in the English language
• Track record of a trustworthy person that aims to excel and enhance his/her performance
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Full travel flexibility, since the job includes servicing all across Australia depends on company's needs
