About the role

Bring your drive and ambition to this innovative, respected commercial firm. Join a growing Dispute Resolution & Litigation team and enjoy hybrid working, with the opportunity to progress to Principal for the right candidate. Work with a dedicated junior lawyer, manage a dynamic caseload, drive business development, and build strong client relationships.

Duties

In this role you will:

  • Handle a diverse caseload spanning commercial, tax, property, insolvency, and corporate disputes.
  • Collaborate across teams and with senior and junior litigators on complex legal matters.
  • Advocate for clients in courts, tribunals, and mediations across interlocutory and hearing stages.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior lawyers and clerks to drive team development.
  • Contribute to business growth through client relationship management and professional networking.

Skills & experience

Ideally, you will:

  • Bring 6–9+ years' PAE in commercial dispute resolution and litigation.
  • Apply strong technical and strategic skills to manage files independently.
  • Excel in advocacy, negotiation, and client engagement.
  • Lead and mentor others with a clear path toward Principal progression.
  • Drive client service excellence and contribute to business growth.
