Job Description:
As a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care for all children, aligned with our centre's philosophy, policies, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Framework (NQF).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and implementation of programs and curriculum

  • Working collaboratively with team members to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences

  • Providing guidance and support to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years

  • Assisting with the implementation of daily routines

  • Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children

About You:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

  • Commitment to building positive relationships with children and families
