HR Delivery and Employee Experience Manager

**What's the role?**
Talent, Growth, Leadership and Strategy team provides a holistic approach to organisational development where emphasis is placed on nurturing the individual talents of employees whilst fostering strong leadership to fully realise those talents and in so doing creating a motivating workplace environment where a performance culture thrives.
Reporting to the Head of Planning and Implementation, this newly created role serves as the primary implementation specialist for enterprise wide culture and employee experience programs and broader HR initiatives.
Manage the operational delivery of organisation-wide culture transformation initiatives
Lead the implementation of employee experience strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction
Analyse employee experience data and trends to identify improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines to support agreed HR initiatives
Monitor program progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies
Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues and external partners
Part time role – 4 days per week
**Who are you?**
Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Communications or related field
Experience in culture transformation, HR implementation, employee experience, or organisational change
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives such as culture change initiatives
Experience in employee experience design, engagement programs or internal communications
Background in change management methodologies
Experience working in media, publishing or fast-paced commercial environment preferred
