SHEPPARTON BELL TOWER MOTOR INN is a family-owned and operated bed and breakfast motel located in the heart of the Goulburn Valley. The region is a major hub for Victoria's diverse food processing industry and home to several well-known wineries, all within a short drive from the motel.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily motel operations including reservations, reception, housekeeping, and room service
  • Supervise property maintenance, security, and garden upkeep
  • Plan and coordinate bar, restaurant, and function activities
  • Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and hospitality regulations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and manage service improvements
  • Oversee purchasing, stock control, and accounting processes
  • Maintain occupational health and safety standards
  • Provide guests with local tourism information and assist with tours and transportation

About You

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Previous experience in motel or hotel management
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of local area and tourism industry will be highly regarded
